1. What is the Azure Around the Table Program?

The Azure Around the Table Program is Azure Standard's initiative that partners with churches across the nation to create community drop points for our truckloads of high-quality, organic, non-GMO foods and products. It combines healthy living, faith, and family by bringing nourishing food directly to church locations while providing fundraising support to participating ministries. The goal is to nourish congregations physically and help strengthen communities spiritually and socially.

2. Who is this program designed for?

The program is specifically designed for churches (pastors, ministry leaders, or congregations). By becoming an official Azure Drop Point, a church can serve its members and neighbors while generating funds for ministry initiatives.

3. How does a church benefit from participating?

  • Churches receive a percentage (up to 2%) of sales generated through their unique promo code or drop point, distributed as checks multiple times per year (e.g., quarterly).

  • It attracts new people to the church campus to pick up orders, creating natural opportunities for community connection and outreach.

  • Churches become "community magnets" by offering access to healthy, hard-to-find products locally.

  • No upfront costs or inventory requirements — Azure Standard handles ordering, delivery, and logistics.

4. What is required for a church to become a drop point?

Churches need to:

  • Sign up via the program website (azurearoundthetable.com).

  • Provide a suitable space for drop-offs (e.g., parking lot or designated area on church property for truck/trailer access on delivery day).

  • Promote the drop point to their congregation and community (Azure can help provide marketing resources).

  • Encourage supporters to use the church's unique promo code when ordering to track and generate the fundraising contribution.

5. Is there any cost or risk to the church?

No — participation is free. Churches do not handle payments, store inventory, or manage orders. Azure Standard manages everything. The church simply hosts the drop and promotes it.

6. How much fundraising support can a church expect?

It varies based on order volume from supporters using the church's code/drop point. Many churches report meaningful contributions to ministry, missions, youth programs, or building funds. As of September 2026, over 530 churches nationwide are participating and seeing positive results.

7. What if a customer has questions about their order, delivery, or products?

Escalate to standard Azure Standard customer support (via account login, phone, or email). The Around the Table Program handles church partnerships, but order fulfillment follows regular Azure processes.

8. Can I control or request drop times?

At this point, no. As you can imagine, the logistics surrounding this are like playing ten-dimensional chess. You will know days ahead of time, though. This will allow you to plan accordingly, and drops will not happen on Saturdays or  Sunday Mornings.

9. How do church payouts work?

We send quarterly checks to the address we have on file. If the shipping address is different from the drop address, then we need to know where to mail the check.

10. How does the promo code work?

We ask for a legal “opt-in” for the program, and this acts like that. It is a one time use code that is specific for your drop, and this code will get the customer 15% off, as well as link their profile to the church in our system, allowing for 2% of their order amount to go back to the church.

11. Do I still receive my drop coordinator gratuity? What changes as a drop coordinator?

Yes, you still receive the drop coordinator gratuity. The only thing that differs from a normal drop is the distribution of that promo code.

12. Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum is $1,500, and based on our average order size, that is between 5-7 families ordering consistently.
